• I have severe TMJ. I have terrible wear on my teeth and Dr. Palagi has made me right guards that have eliminated terrible headaches, jaw soreness and teeth sensitivity. She has done a crown and always personally does my cleaning. She is gentle, warm, caring and fun. I am so thankful for her great care and bedside manner. We moved 3 years ago but I travel 3 hours back into NYC because I could never go to a different dentist. My spouse thinks I am crazy not to switch to a local dentist. The expert dental care and calming environment she creates can not be replicated. Honestly, it is worth the inconvenience to make the trip as I always leave the office feeling good and happy I made the trip.
