Insurance is a breeze with their office staff and there are never any issues. They are helpful, polished, and just wonderful in every way. • Came in for my general biannual checkup. I have been coming to Dr. Palagi for a couple of years already, and I am very satisfied. She personalizes all of the treatments, goes over the x - rays with you, thorough cleaning, and is really a good dentist that I know I can stay with. I always leave knowing what I need to do to maintain healthy teeth, so she is a huge part in helping you maintain a high quality of life.
  Great patient experience. Great front desk and supporting staff. Dr. Palagi is knowledgeable, educated, and very caring with all her patients. Top location in Manhattan, easy to reach.
